Some…are saying that the Law has been passed and has not been published yet. I have to respectfully disagree with that and I will tell you why. we constantly check ALL the COM and Parl websites, we read minutes etc… we have our finger on the pulse always and we have not seen one thing relating to this law…until we see it in the gazzette and in the minutes we just can’t assume it was passed. it’s an extremely important law and…the COM did indeed pass it but it needs to read in parliament 3 times then in the gazzette. 10-6-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Parliamentary economy expects to raise zeros from the Iraqi dinar in 2015” …this is not saying…no currency reform til 2015…it is saying it won’t be complete until 2015. Big difference. There is no way a float can start today and be at 1 to $1 with the dollar in a few months. So IMO this article may be spot on…that once they start this float, it will take as much as 10-12 months to rise to the point where they can declare they have deleted the zeros. What that means is simply we will see about .10 maybe by March and .50 by June. Read more…

but i liked that the official rate is above 3…but it is discussing the reason to keep it lower and the reason to set it high…the low end is 1.16…some say that is what it will be but we have many comments from iraq that state the higher — of course alot has been done by then — we will know soon enough with the banking done and waiting for insurance…that is for the economic activation…[All they’re missing is an rv?] thats what i am saying…bring it on already.
