“The conflict is nearing its end”: Talks between Russia, Ukraine, and the US next month

Kremlin foreign policy adviser Yuri Ushakov announced Wednesday evening that a new round of trilateral talks involving Russia, the United States and Ukraine may be held in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.
“We are considering (the meeting location) being in Abu Dhabi… and there is an agreement that it will be held around mid-November,” Ushakov told the state-run Vesti television channel.
Ushakov added that he believes the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is nearing its end, but explained that it is difficult to determine how close this end is.
In a related context, the Kremlin confirmed today its readiness to resume trilateral talks with Kyiv and Washington in mid-November.
Ushakov confirmed that Moscow is ready to resume negotiations in a trilateral framework between Russia, the United States and Ukraine on November 10.
