6-26-2014 Intel Guru TD Today i had a intellectual exchange with my friend over in the sandbox and thought i’d share some info: Maliki emphatically states today that he will “follow the democratic process” and form a government. he “claims’ his party has majority and will not heed the advice of the Obama doctrine : “be inclusive and play nicely with all the kids”. Maliki now seems to think of himself as “the Commander in chief” of all shiite’s. The only way Maliki will go is if his own party topples him or he loses support from Iran. Read more…

6-24-2014 Newshound Guru Enorrste If Maliki is ousted next week…I will be the first one to eat crow. There is no way Maliki is leaving next week, or the week after, or the week after that. Time will tell. I have my seasonings ready if I have to eat crow, but I’d wager I won’t have to. If/when parliament meets, Maliki will assert his right under the Constitution to form a new government. Then 30 days later, he will appeal to the same process he employed 4 years ago and got approval for from the Supreme Court. In other words, nothing will happen for at least another 45 days. 6-22-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG Iranian source: “Maliki agrees to the immediate application of Article 140 which included all areas of the Kurdish region.” “the Iranians have handed over a letter signed by Nuri Maliki Prime Minister to the Presidency of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq similar to the terms of agreement…” “in detail included the message,according to the same source approval Maliki and all parties that fall under the coalition political immediate application of Article 140of the constitution and the annexation of Kirkuk and other disputed territories, without exception, to the Kurdistan Region” Ultimately – this boils down to Iran having handed this letter over to the Kurds. Maliki will try to weasel out later. Iran wants more Kurdish military involvement – some Kurdish parties are not good with this. I…can recall a very similar situation 4 years ago when Maliki had only 90 votes in the SOL. He dithered around for over a year, not going anywhere, until he finally patched together the NA and held on to his position. What makes anyone…think that it will be any different this time? This is just another blip in the road for this man. He has the position and the power. Don’t bet the farm on an early demise for Maliki. On news tonight, there are talks between Iraq and Russia over this matter. Maliki “rejected” Washington and now Putin is offering Maliki support. 6-18-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni [if they let it float right now its already going in the downward motion . whats to keep it from falling more and more every day. the only reason its where it is now is that the CBI is holding it there.] the dinar is managed now through what is termed a “currency board” or fake daily auction where citizens buy dollars, sell dinar in country under Article XIV. The value of the dinar is in a pegged “exchange regime” to the dollar. The exchange rate does not move and only the Market Rate changes based on these auctions. When the CBI moves to Article VIII and the dinar becomes a worldwide convertible currency, it also will have a new “exchange regime” in which the currency will no longer be pegged to the dollar and will some sort of float thus allowing it to find its true value based supply and demand as the world sees its worth. 6-16-2014 Tlar The process to change the country has begun. Maliki tried to get the federal court to grant him the state of emergency and they declined. So he just declared it all by himself. Everyone is ignoring his self proclaimed state of emergency. The parliament is the only organization that has the power to grant a state of emergence and rather than do that they called for the government to resign. …the election results will be released in the next two to three days. The election committee had reported that the numbers floating around a week ago will not change much. Once the election results are ratified the new parliament will meet and get down to the business of changing the government which is now operating under a caretaker government. So by Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday we should see the process again moving along only IMO it will move quickly because all the main players have already been chosen and agreed to. So potentially up to Friday next week everything will continue to look confusing especially if you are reading the US media. Everything will become much more clear by next Friday or before. 6-9-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday my opinion is — they are trading on the isx right now — in country — however to hook to the global market the dinar is their largest and all countries largest product — it will be priced at its value — however it shall be, it will be its true value as all items and shares — or they wont have a market — [Would it not be financial suicide to enter the global market at 1166…? Would it not be a disaster?] it would wipe them out in my opinion. i read that they may float it at a managed float for six months from the set value — that means 2% one way or the other and i read they will set the price and it will hold for six months…i read it will float from the beginning from the reality rate — that i totally disagree with. we will have to see, either way a price for the product (dinar) will be set.
