That doesn’t mean that anything’s going to happen…if they are going to be working on the budgets for 2021, 22, 23 it would seem to me that in there they have to address the exchange rate. It’s forthcoming as part of the education to the citizens because they are now admitting they have ‘white papers’ and they are admitting the reform process is complete and it is being implemented…what they are telling the citizens are the reasons and the ‘whys’ along with the ‘what’s going on’ with their currency. 10-6-2020 Intel Guru Delta …patience is the key but it looks like we’re on the verge of seeing something really big from Iraq and their currency…since the new governor of the Central Bank of Iraq took place it shocked a lot of us for the way he’s handling the situation…as he promised all of us…the first day that he got the position…we are going to reform the banks #1 and he said he’s going to strengthen the national currency…this guy is basically following that…the Financial Minister and the Central Bank Governor they just had an emergency meeting to basically finalize the last step in whatever it is they’re about to do. 9-30-2020 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat Article: “THE CENTRAL BANK HOLDS A MEETING WITH THE IRAQI BANKING SECTOR” Quote: “the importance of developing banking services and products in the next stage.” So, what does this mean? To me it means that when they end the currency auctions the banks will need other means of generating revenues to survive. Right now, they rely on nearly 90% of their bank revenue from the spread $$ from the currency auctions. To end the auctions, the CBI must find other means for the banks to survive and profit. They also need a plan to get the salaries into the bank to create liquidity for loans, etc. So, this is all good news, however we have been hearing this for years already but nothing is ever done about it. 9-26-2020 Newshound Guru Pimpy Article: “Parliamentary Finance: Approval of the current year’s budget will fulfill many demands” Obviously they’ve had a chance to review the reform papers…We know that the Finance Minister said talks about the exchange rate are in the reform papers but we don’t know what that means. I don’t want people to assume that 1. There’s going to be a rate change. It’s easy to make that assumption because they’re talking about it… 2. We don’t know what the rate is going to be…every time we hear talk about this we get all kinds of rumors…I’ve heard it as high as $15 which is totally ridiculous…everything is speculation. It’s okay to feel optimistic about what’s coming up but again just hang tight. Don’t be surprised if they try to throw out a “sucker rate”. One that looks half-ass tempted for you to turn in your dinar and then you turn it in then all of a sudden they release another rate a few month later that’s much higher…It’s not beyond people to do that. 9-25-2020 Intel Guru Frank26 The 2020 budget does have the program rate in it right now. But when the window opens for the 2020 budget to be complete it will introduce a new rate. It can certainly happen in these next three months IMO. The “operational budget” was recalculated a number of times. The exchange rate was recalculated over and over again…the 2020 has the new rate but the new calculation of the Iraqi dinar exchange rate are ready if this window opens…The key is Iran…When will that window open? I believe they have the security and stability right now for that window open wide open. I believe we are seeing it busting open. I can hear the glass breaking and hitting the concrete…the calculations for the 2020 budget are complete and wanting to be activated at a new exchange rate of 1 to 1. And it only goes up from there. 9-24-2020 Intel Guru Frank26 Question: “Why are they [US and Iraq] going to do the first currency swap at a program rate?” …IMO it’s brilliant…the first swap is to be advantageous to Trump and the Untied States of America and the American citizens and tax payer…The first swap at the program rate fills in the cupboards of the United States Treasury with a low costing dinar…Then a second swap at a new rate fills not only the CBI with their financial potential for their economy, citizens, International trade, all of this but it also acts as a loan fill-ins for the budget…IMO the 2021 budget will come out ready with a new exchange rate…Trump is doing like we did [getting dinar at a low price]… Read more…
