The importance is straight forward and addressed. There’s no way in heck they can allow the rate to change when they have to arrest well over a thousand people. That’s too much. 9-17-2020 Newshound Guru MilitiaMan The 2020 budget is not off the table yet, imo. The cannot legislate (enact) it yet. It is not to be looked over. It has a purpose with it… the Cabinet to finish this week and then the Parliament will see it next week…All to be done within or over the legislative time frame of a two week period. They already have had one special session on it already. Most likely imo the 2019 FMLA is inside it, thus, it is being timed accordingly. Lets not forget the electronic systems to be in place at the Borders and the GOI. They need to fire once they decide to go international or expose a new exchange rate. They will need to be transparent. Thus, we see the adjustments being made to personnel at 8-9 key places. They include the CBI. All still looks very promising…imo. Read more…

9-15-2020 Newshound/Intel Guru Petra …we got the new director of the Iraqi Trade Bank of Iraq…Kazemi replaced him. We now have a new chairman for the National Investment commission. We have a new Chairman of the Securities Commission. We’ve got a new Deputy of Operations for the Iraqi National Intelligence Service. We got the new Chairman of the Integrity Commission. All these people have to do with finance and law and enforcing law. But to replace every single financial leadership position in the country [Other than two banks]…talk about excitement. People have got to be ecstatic that he has basically come in here and changed every single person that has anything to do with finance in the that country. I have got to believe that was a requirement from the Fab 4…I’m very very excited about what’s happening. It’s all happened so quickly. And we’re still within the 30-day timeline of when Kazemi was in the U.S. All this has happened in less than 30 days…it keeps getting better. Read more…

9-14-2020 Newshound Guru Jeff …Iraq can only pay [contracts with the Iraqi dinar]. For example I told you that they signed that contract with GE for 1.2 Billion dollars. Because of Article VIII Iraq can only make payment with their currency – the dinar. They cannot use the US dollar. So in order for them to make payments… their currency has to be internationally recognized. GE is not going to accept payment with a non-internationally recognized currency. However, Iraq needs to begin trading with the international community and not just close neighbors. To do this they will need to be part of the WTO (world trade organization). The WTO has used terms like “fast tracking” Iraq to the WTO. Their next major meeting with Iraq in in early November. Do they need a tradable currency on FOREX to join the WTO? The answer is YES. I am told that all eyes are on Reno right now for updates right now. It may be late afternoon before I get those updates. The one contact I did speak with there said that all is still on track and all still looks great. He said to watch this week…it’s going to be a very important week. I assume they are talking about the budget in Iraq…and waiting to see when they pass it…then they can say…yaaay its great we can now revalue. 9-4-2020 Intel Guru Frank26 …the GCC wants Iraq IQD in the currency basket of the Middle East in the near future, then they want them to go 1 to 1 with the American dollar like all the other GCC currencies that are in this Arabic basket. Iraq is the only Arabic country that is not in the GCC. Trump wants them to join so it becomes 1 to 1 but also when they join Iraq will lessen their necessity on Iran’s needs. They will work more with GCC countries…if Iraq joins the GCC and if they utilize their own currency with a peg to the U.S. dollar, well then there’s your reinstatement… Read more…
