The representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Salem Al-Anbaki, stressed, on Monday, the importance of calming between the coordination framework and the Sadrist movement and defusing the crisis in order to avoid further chaos, noting that the alliance presented a road map to bring about a breakthrough in the political process.
Al-Anbaki said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, that “the coordinating framework sent positive messages to all parties, including the Sadrist movement, in proposing a road map that seeks to bring about a breakthrough in the political process.”
He added that “the framework initiative, which continues with dialogue, defused a major crisis and removed Shiite-Shiite fighting,” noting that “everyone is invited to sit at the dialogue table to proceed with the new steps in forming the government and meeting the demands of the Iraqi people.”
Al-Anbaki pointed out that “the matter requires more calm, discussions and concessions with all parties to get out of the current crisis that the country is going through.”
