Director of Policy Analysis at the Middle East Forum, Michael Rubin, revealed that lawsuits have been filed in the US Federal Court against Masoud Barzani and the leaders of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Iraq, on charges related to murder, kidnapping, and torture.
Rubin said in a tweet on the “X” platform that the Kurdistan Victims Fund filed lawsuits against the head of the Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani, the Prime Minister, Masrour Barzani, and other leaders in the party.
He added, “The lawsuits were filed before the US Criminal Court last Tuesday, on charges related to murder, kidnapping, torture, and others.”
