Iraqi oil prices plummet… Basra Heavy crude hits $70.15

Iraqi oil prices fell by more than 5% on Wednesday, with Basra Heavy and Medium crude dropping by about $4 per barrel, coinciding with the downward trend in global energy markets.
Basra Heavy crude fell to $70.15 a barrel, down 5.36%, while Basra Medium crude declined to $74.15, down 5.08%.
Globally, Brent crude fell to $103.02 a barrel, West Texas Intermediate crude dropped to $95.41, and the OPEC basket declined to $103.53 a barrel.
