The elections for the provincial and district councils were held on December 18, and 94% of the results were announced as preliminary results on December 19, while 6% of the votes were manually counted and sorted in more than two thousand stations whose results did not reach the transmission medium.
The Election Commission confirms that the total number of voters in the general and private votes reached 6 million, 599 thousand and 668 voters, while the voting percentage reached 41%.
