The representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ahmed Al-Moussawi, revealed, on Saturday, that 170 deputies collected their signatures in order to hold the inauguration session of the President of the Republic outside Parliament, indicating that the Speaker of the House of Representatives needs courage in order to end control of Parliament.
Al-Moussawi said in a televised interview, which was followed by “The Information”, that “the caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, is the first beneficiary of the current situation in the political arena, amid the current’s great insistence on keeping Al-Kazemi, and this framework cannot be accepted.”
He added that “about 170 parliamentary signatures were collected to hold the parliament session, and there are many places in Baghdad where the parliament session can be held and to end the crisis in electing the president.”
