Abadi: It’s time to activate the economic, agricultural and tourism sectors

Ebadi said in a speech at the annual Iraq Banking Conference, was read on his behalf by Minister of Planning and Salman al-Jumaili, said that “our country is going through a difficult financial circumstance as a result of lower oil prices,” noting that “the time has come to activate the economic, agricultural and tourism sectors.”
He added, “The government has launched days before the lending initiative for industrial and agricultural projects, housing $ 5 trillion dinars, as well as 1.5 trillion dinars for small enterprises, and the cooperation between the government and the World Bank have an important role in the success of this initiative.”
