12-1-2013 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 VERY INTERESTING EVENTS THAT ARE SAID TO HAVE TAKEN PLACE TODAY. I AM GETTING INFORMATION THAT THERE HAVE BEEN TWO PRIVATE MEETINGS TODAY, ONE IN BAGDAD AND ONE HERE IN THE USA ABOUT THE RV AND CHANGING THE RATE OF THE DINAR. SEEMS ALSO STRANGE THAT THE CBI WEB SITE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR HOURS TODAY ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS.

TIME WILL TELL BUT IT SEEM THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO GET THE RATE CHANGE MADE. OH AND I MIGHT ADD FOR THOSE WHO REMEMBER THAT I ALWAYS SAID DR. Guru Critic, I have had no problems accessing the CBI site. Might I add that many of the servers are close to being overloaded due to all the internet traffic for “Black Friday” related orders.

12-1-2013 Newshound Guru tlm724 Article quote: “Siheil assured the importance of the involvement of the IB institutions in the efforts of the State to achieve the economic reformation, expressing the readiness of the parliament to support the IB to bring its tasks in Iraq.” so this is saying 1. that the Iraqi banking authorities are working with the world bank to set their system to international standards, ie: Basel, IMF compliance etc… 2. that the Iraqi parliament will not hinder any forward progress as far as the new banking system… awesome news !

12-1-2013 SUPER PUMPER Guru Loechin All is well. Guys there is a plan there is no hold ups. The plan is being played out…the plan is Banks this week. Rates are steady double digits still but get in fast.

12-1-2013 Intel Guru ScottiG CBI director Turki picked up bonds in Geneva on the 12th of Nov. He initially picked up 3 billion bonds. A banker inquired as to why he was picking up the bonds because you have to have a currency of value!!! Imagine that. One my contacts uncovered that this was more of a major event than is visible on the surface. Short version is that once the Bonds are released for sale, they should go quick. We should expect to see the change in value of the Dinar shortly after the sale is completed. I know with certainty many of the cards in Iraq indeed are loaded with a value of $3.44 per Dinar. It stands to reason that until the currency does revalue that the currency is likely in USD.

Guru Critic, no cards are loaded at that rate, this is fact.

I looked at it earlier today – they have/had the currency auction up – but not the front page…very odd…someone in TX is working on it on a Saturday afternoon – during Thanksgiving day weekend…just sayin’…Still has indicative rate from the 28th and a the currency auction from today.

IF Turkey comes to an agreement with Baghdad and Barzani accepts it also then imo we will finally see a resolution on the HCL!
