{Baghdad: Euphrates News} said the Parliamentary Committee on the economy that the country’s economic weakness is not concentrated in one side of which is the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar against the dollar, but many things.
A member of the Committee on the mass of citizens parliamentary Abdul Hussein Abtan told {Euphrates News} that “the weakness of the country’s economically not concentrated in one side of a dinar exchange rate against the dollar, but the level of unemployment and poverty and the prices of local products and imports in excess of the need at the expense of the local product and the deterioration of goods and others. ”
He Abtan “As long as we confirmed that there is no clear economic policy in the country holding the Iraqi economy and joints relay and output data in a clear and accurate and deal with the circumstances surrounding locally, regionally and internationally through public policy.”
He stressed that “What is clear in the Iraqi economy and monetary policy with respect to exchange rate of the dinar is that fiscal policy is not the head of her wandering dramatically and clear, indicating that corruption is the first reason, as well as weakness in some quarters monetary policy of the Central Bank of the banks and these are all reasons big and important. ”
And goes economists that the reasons for poor fiscal policy of the country, especially monetary and fluctuating exchange rate of the dinar against the dollar, its causes are many, and focus on the political differences that disrupted a lot of things the state and weakened, including fiscal policy or monetary, as well as the conditions of the country’s current overall especially the security situation and its repercussions serious citizens and life in the country.
