“On the basis of the meetings held by the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) for the period from 28 to 30 June 2018, which approved the days of Thursday, Friday and Saturday, in which they discussed the issues necessary for the process of counting, And the manual counting according to the Third Amendment Law of the Iraqi Elections Law No. 45 of 2013 and the decision of the Federal Supreme Court No. 99, 104 and 106 / Federal / Media 2018 on 21/6/2018.
1 – Identification of electoral centers and stations Which will be the process of counting and manual counting of all provinces, based on complaints and appeals and official reports related.
2 – The process of manual counting and sorting begins on Tuesday, 3/7/2018 and is conducted in the presence of members of the Independent High Electoral Commission and within the electoral office of Kirkuk, Sulaymaniyah, Arbil, Dohuk, Nineveh, Salaheddine and Anbar respectively and starting from Kirkuk governorate on the said date. For the rest of the provinces are followed by the dates determined by the Commission, as for the funds that have been transferred to Baghdad, will be counting and sorting in Baghdad.
