(Baghdad: Al Furat News) The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) surprised its Democratic rival by a shocking decision on Saturday, the region may enter a new crisis.
“The Union has a package signed on February 5, if it is approved by the Kurdistan Democratic Party as it is, and it links between Kirkuk and the parliament of Kurdistan, we will participate in the parliamentary session,” said the leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ala Talabani, told the {Euphrates News}.
“We are waiting for the Kurdistan Democratic answer; because the latter has not been decided at a meeting on Friday, the issue of the governor of Kirkuk, we affirm that we will not sign an agreement without agreement regarding Kirkuk” .anthy
