The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan denied, on Tuesday, reports that the President of the Republic Barham Salih split from his ranks.
“The president of the republic, Barham Salih, did not leave the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, and the news that he spoke about his defection is untrue,” said the leader of the union, Saleh Faki, in an interview with Mawazine News.
