(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received, on Tuesday, in the city of Sulaimaniya, the political office of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, to discuss political developments in the region and Iraq.

And on the living conditions of citizens and the salaries of employees, in light of efforts to combat the outbreak of the Corona virus, it was emphasized “the necessity of addressing the issue of employee salaries and resolving outstanding problems between the federal and regional governments, in accordance with the foundations of the constitution and protecting the interests of citizens and employees, especially in Iraq and the Kurdistan region.”
In another aspect of the meeting, the meeting discussed the political situation in the Kurdistan region, stressing the necessity of conducting new and general discussions to find appropriate solutions in order to overcome the conditions and make the necessary reforms in all areas to serve the people of Kurdistan.
