He explained that “after a serious dialogue Tuesday night with the Speaker of the Parliament and political blocs, was installed in the draft budget in 2019 in Article 10 / paragraph {c}, that if the Kurdistan region did not commit to export oil, Baghdad will send salaries of employees and Peshmerga.
“It will be Wednesday and before the start of the parliament session to read this paragraph and its text, table and figures and then vote on the budget of 2019 in today’s meeting.”
