{Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed, on Wednesday evening, the reason for removing the names of banks and banks from the auction of currency sale to the Central Bank.
A member of the committee, Ahmed Al-Hajj, told Al-Furat News that “the central bank cannot delete the names of banks from the currency window without any violations.”
He added, “It is assumed that banks do not invest money without invoicing. There are regulations and instructions for selling currency that they must follow.”
Al-Hajj added, “In the past, banks used to transfer money without any invoices or controls and instructions.”
He pointed out, “the committee’s intention to host the director of the central bank to find out the reasons for the deletion.”
