MP for the Al-Sadiqoun bloc, Thamer Theban, criticized the Al-Kazemi government for leaving the Chinese agreement and going to Egypt and Jordan, stressing that it was a clear trend towards the American-Israeli axis and normalization.
Zebian said in a statement. “Al-Kazemi is walking Iraq in an unknown direction and the destruction of the Iraqi economy and foreign policy.
He added that “the Al-Kazemi government withdrew from the Chinese agreement and its giant companies and concluded agreements with Egypt and Jordan, which do not have any potential for reconstruction,” noting that “the government deliberately withdraws the money from the Chinese fund to not return to the Chinese agreement.”
Thebian clarified that these moves are clear about the government’s alignment with the American-Israeli axis as a first step towards normalization, stressing that “the parliament has not and will not allow such steps.
