MP Muhammad Al-Shammari confirmed that the coordinating framework is not responsible for the continuation of the political blockage, pointing out that the other party and Al-Sadr’s speech have increased and complicated the current crisis.
Al-Shammari told Al-Maalouma, “The political process is going in a thick fog, and there is nothing clear on the horizon, although the coordination framework continues its moves to end the current crisis.”
He added, “The recent developments in the political community are nothing but obstacles standing in the way of ending the political blockage, as Sadr’s political discourse has increased and complicated the current crisis.”
And he indicated that “the coordinating framework is not responsible for the current political blockage, especially since it has announced more than once that it is ready for dialogue and understanding about forming the new government, but the other party has insistence and does not accept the understanding with the framework to get out of the current crisis.”
