He added that “the current political scene in the budget discussion we see limited willingness of each party to achieve his favor partisan on account of the party has created dimension negatively to the citizen and the street toward the parliamentarians,” adding that “we see Kurdistan demanding entitlements oil companies operating in the region at the time insisted the central government the need to obtain the amounts of all previous oil exports from the region that had not been delivered to the State Treasury. ”
