Shafaq News/ US President Donald Trump affirmed on Friday that he will not allow Iran to possess a nuclear weapon, expressing his willingness to meet with Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
Trump told the media that he was “ready to meet with the Iranian president or the Supreme Leader,” expressing his “readiness to reach an agreement with Iran without a military attack.”
He pointed out that “lifting sanctions on Iran under Biden allowed it to fund Hamas and Hezbollah,” noting that “Saudi Arabia will join the US-sponsored Abraham Accords in the region.”
On Thursday, Trump revealed that Iran has only two options, stressing that one of them is very bad .
During a meeting with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre on Thursday, he told reporters that “an agreement with Iran is on the way that will save many lives.” However, he did not reveal further details about the planned agreement.
