Iraqi intelligence revealed that it presented the exact coordinates of the location of the terrorist leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi to the international coalition led by Washington in his operation in the city of Idlib in northwestern Syria, and killed him at dawn today, according to US sources.
“We learned of the site afterthe arrest of an Iraqi and an Iraqi from Baghdadi’s inner circle,” an intelligence official told Reuters.
He pointed out that “confessions led to a site in the desert included documents on the site of Baghdadi and its movements.”
Security sources said that a detainee in Iraq named [Mohammed Ali Sajit] indicated the Baghdadi headquarters in Idlib, Syria. ”
A militant group leader in the northwestern province of Idlib told Reuters that the bodies of three men and three women were found at the same site with a body presumed to be Baghdadi.
According to a source at the Pentagon that ” the force that targeted al – Baghdadi , clashed with armed elements in the complex north of Syria.”
