The Shiite forces agreed to scrutinize a list of names proposed by the Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi for his cabinet.
Al-Kazemi had a meeting with the leaders and leaders of the Shiite political forces to discuss resolving disputes over the cabinet.
The Shiite forces also agreed to meet again within 48 hours to give an opinion to each of the candidates.
The candidates are:
1- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Dr. Harith Muhammad Hassan was born in 1972 Karbala, a former employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who is currently teaching at an Italian university.
2- The Ministry of Transport: Dr. Alaa Mahmoud Hussein – Baghdad – Engineering of transport projects, consultant to many city development companies, graduate of France 1970.
3- Electricity: Nizar Qahtan Hassan Jabr, Mechanical Engineering, currently Director of Central Electricity.
4- Oil: Abdul-Jabbar Al-Oibi, a former oil minister.
5- Work: Kazem Hailan Al-Sahlani: a civil activist from Basra and teaching at the University of Basra.
6- Higher Education: Ibrahim Bahr Al-Ulum, a former minister and parliamentarian.
7. Water resources: Jasim Muhammad Al-Asadi, Al-Nassiriya, retired general manager from the Ministry.
8- Communications: Dr. Hassan Shams Al-Din Al-Khatib: specialized in telecommunications security, Najaf.
9- Culture: Dr. Hisham Saleh Dawood, an instructor in anthropology,
10- for planning: Dr. Khaled Al-Battal, President of Anbar University, currently
11- Agriculture: Muhammad Shi’a Al-Sudani, former Minister and Parliamentarian currently
12- Trade: Dr. Mahrammad, current Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance
13- Education: A- Dr. Muzahim Al-Khayyat, now President of Mosul University
– Dr. Falah Hammoud Ahmad, director of Education for the First Karkh, currently
14- Health: Dr. Jaafar Allawi, the current minister
15 – Finance: Fouad Hussein, the current minister
16 – Justice: A – Khaled Shwani
B – Rizgar Muhammad Amin
17 – Municipalities: Rizan Muhammad, the current Minister of Housing in the Kurdistan Region
18 – Industry: Mughal
19 – Interior: Mughal
