8-25-2012 Newshound Guru Adam Montana The problems with counterfeiting seem to be limited to rural areas where they do not have sufficient education or machinery (De La Rue machines) to verify the authenticity of the dinars being exchanged however – when the value goes up significantly, any place that will exchange a large amount of dinars will be getting a De La Rue machine, and counterfeits will be spotted almost immediately my point is this – the effectiveness of counterfeit dinars will drop DRAMATICALLY when the value of the dinars goes up.  Read more…

8-24-2012 Intel Guru Hammerman I have solid info that Talabani will be in country between Thursday and Saturday and that they expect a revaluation before next Tuesday. The National Conference has taken place months ago & info from high ranking officials states that we could hear an official announcement on Sunday. Does this mean it will definitely happen – no it doesn’t…this means that things are getting in a very solid position for something to take place. There are events going on out west with China, the U.S. and the IMF..they are discussing whether China can support the VND. We will all be [surprised] when we hear the RV rate of the VND. It’s far more complex than I had hoped it would be that’s for sure. 8-21-2012 Newshound Guru Doc We are rapidly ending the Ramadan/fest time and the news on the surface appears favorable. The political factions appear once again to be playing nice and have reported several agreements in place or in works including the currency reform and Ebril issues. We still see Maliki as the wild card and the fact he apparently was cutting illegal side deals with Iran further cements our opinion. Our best guess here is the UN will come down hard on him and basically tell him get on board or get out. If this is true we will get extremely excited. We tell tell sign it is true would be these issues being ratified in Parliament very quickly. When we see this we contend the party is quickly approaching. Until then we’ll watch Maliki very closely to see how hard he pushes back. We report, you decide.

8-16-2012 Intel Guru Gary Decisions are being made overseas that are acting like this is complete….people at a number of locations have been contacted by banks saying that it is time. They are negotiating to move forward with those people. The banks are preparing on different levels and everybody started moving into positions at different locations over the weekend and on Monday were prepared and believing this is complete. We had news that Christine Legarde was over here dealing with some very key issues. Fox news even talked again about a global release and there were going to be some announcements. I believe they were referring to the global currency change. Then all of a sudden we have an issue. I’ve heard that one issue was dealing with a currency that is in the basket. 8-12-2012 Intel Guru Jonnywg i can tell you that i have received information that it looks really good in the next couple of days…I HAVE RECEIVED MORE RV SUPPORTING CALLS FROM SOURCES IN THE PAST WEEK THAN IN THE LAST MONTH. WE STILL HAVE TO WAIT AS NO ONE REALLY KNOWS WHO THE TRIGGER MAN IS ( WE SUSPECT A GROUP OF 5, EACH WITH A BLOCK IT VOTE). IT WILL BE RELEASED THE DAY AND MINUTE ALL AGREE. Talabani is calling for leaders to unify their positions and according to reports they have reached an agreement on 80% of the reform paper which is a great sign and potentially may lead to the end of the political crisis. The adoption of the applicable reforms may be the political stability the CBI is looking for. Does political stability mean Iraq must revalue their currency? Of course not. However, if you truly believe economic reforms are also on the horizon for Iraq (as I do), then it’s only logical to assume that political stability is necessary to ensure the success of the economic project.
