Bolivian President Evo Morales expressed his conviction that the late Venezuelan counterpart Hugo Chavez had been assassinated “poisoned”, like Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.

Morales said in a speech from the government palace in the capital of La Paz that “Chavez was poisoned because of his strong anti-policy of the United States.”

They don’t have the infrastructure up 100%, it might be too big of a risk for them to do that. They need this to last for a very long time. There is not going to be an in country revaluation. It’s going to be an internationally traded currency and a foreign currency reserve. That’s how they are setting it up.
