Wednesday, former parliament member and leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ala Talabani, commented on the “emergency support law.”
Talabani said in a blog post that “what was passed today in the name of food security is a circumvention of the budget law and the transfer of the powers of the caretaker government to full financial powers.”
He stressed that “after that, the formation of the government was no longer an important matter.”
