The head of the organizing body of the popular movement for the Belt and Road, Hussein Al-Karaawi, held Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani responsible for the repercussions of the spy network that was exposed in the Prime Ministry.
Al-Karawi told Al-Maalouma, “The espionage and blackmail network that was exposed in the Prime Ministry raises many question marks about the goals and objectives for which it was formed.”
He added, “The spy network that was planted in the Prime Minister’s Office was brought by Mustafa Al-Kadhimi from the Intelligence Service when he was the head of this service during the era of former Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi to achieve special interests in Washington.”
He explained that “the establishment of the network, led by Muhammad Juhi and before him Raed Juhi, was carried out by American hands, practicing espionage while Al-Kadhimi was at the head of the intelligence service, indicating that “whoever brought Al-Kadhimi is the one who bears responsibility.”
