Al-Araji: What is happening in Iraq is caused by the political hypocrisy of Islamic movements

The former deputy prime minister, Bahaa al-Araji, accused the two political parties and factions of claiming to be members of the Islamic movement by practicing political hypocrisy.
Al-Araji said, in a tweet on his account on “Twitter”, that “everything that happens on the Iraqi scene is far from the content of political action, but rather is the eye of political hypocrisy.”
He added: “Unfortunately, it is the blocs and parties that claim their affiliation with the Islamic trend that exercises this hypocritical role.”
Al-A’raji’s tweet comes at a time when Prime Minister-designate Adnan Al-Zorfi announced yesterday that the Presidency of the Council of Representatives will set a session in the near future to vote on his cabinet, indicating that “his mandate is constitutional and came with parliamentary and political confidence.”
