On Sunday, former Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi congratulated the new US President Joe Biden and his deputy, Kamala Harris, stressing that their long experience in Iraq and the region will be the best help for all of us in correcting the paths that have been greatly disrupted during the past years.
