The deputy of the ruling government, Asaad Al-Murshidi, Monday, confirmed that the political blocs supporting the Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi have withdrawn their support in the last hours, suggesting Al-Kazemi’s apology for forming the government.

Al-Murshidi said, “Most of the political blocs, especially the Shi’ites that authorized Mustafa Al-Kazimi to choose his ministers, now want sovereign ministries in the new government, and accordingly they have retreated and turned against what they announced in the first hours of commissioning.”

He added, “Some of the parties that claimed their electoral entitlement have reached great stages in the disputes because of the positions and ministries,” expecting that “Mustafa Al-Kazemi will apologize for the assignment in the end because of the complexity of the political scene.”
