{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Deputy Mansour Al-Baiji, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi called for not to enter into any agreement with the Kurdistan region except after the region “complies” with the constitution and delivers oil and all its imports from the border ports and airports to the federal government at which time it is agreed with them.
Al-Baiji said in a statement that he received {Al Furat News} a copy of it, that “all Kurdish delegations that come to Baghdad deal with the federal government as a match for it or as another country negotiating with a neighboring country for it as if they are not affiliated with Iraq or the federal government.” Centralization and even the laws that are enacted in the Federal Parliament do not recognize them and do not implement them in the region. ”
Al-Baiji added, “We cannot accept the delivery of Basra oil and port imports to other governorates to the Kurdistan Regional Government and the latter refuses to comply with the federal government,” noting that “for a choice before the provincial government other than to deliver oil, ports, airports, and adhere to the constitution and law so that the federal government can deal with the region like In other provinces. ”
