{Baghdad: Al Furat News} A deputy revealed the amount of the financial deficit financing bill {borrowing}
“What the government needs in terms of borrowing does not exceed 9.8 trillion dinars, while 23 trillion dinars have been allocated,” Jamal Al-Muhammadawi said during a press conference held at Parliament today.
He added, “We are surprised at the allocation of 1 trillion goods and services allocations to the three presidencies,” noting that “the schedule did not include a fair distribution in the provinces’ allocations.”
Al-Muhammadawi stressed that “no financial allocation will be spent in the region unless the region is committed to handing over its oil, just like the rest of the southern governorates.”
He pointed out that “the central and southern governorates were not fair in the law.”
