{Baghdad: Al Furat News} US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo arrived today, Saturday, at an Iraqi military base that includes American soldiers.
According to Iranian Mehr News Agency, quoting Iraqi sources, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo arrived today, Saturday, at Ain Al-Assad base, which includes American soldiers.
Ain Al-Assad Air Force Base is located in Al-Baghdadi district, in Anbar Governorate, west of the capital, Baghdad.
The visit comes a day after an American contractor was killed and several soldiers were wounded after several shells landed on the “K1″ military base that includes American soldiers near the city of Kirkuk
