In another matter, MP Hassan al-Akouli submitted his resignation from the membership of the Council to the presidency of the Council, in protest against the delay in the implementation of the government program and the achievement of reform and non-promotion of services to citizens.
In turn, Halabousi offered to resign to the legal authorities for consideration and presentation to the Council.
In another context, MP Faleh al-Sari read a statement announcing the adoption of the wisdom bloc to the path of constitutional opposition in the House of Representatives on the basis of clear means to show the facts, calling for the amendment of the rules of procedure in a manner that regulates the rights of parliamentary opposition and its functions.

The Council voted, according to the statement, “on the draft law of the Sixth Amendment to the Implementation Law No. (45) for the year 1980, submitted by the Security and Defense Committee in order to guarantee the rights of the state by not implementing the decisions against them after acquiring the absolute degree and guarantee the right of the wife to obtain her right without legitimacy, And the stability of operational transactions with regard to determining who is responsible for paying fees.

The statement added that “the Council completed the first reading of the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Statute of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, submitted by the Committee on Foreign Relations, in order to contribute to the gradual consolidation of the rules of private international law, especially in civil and commercial issues in the preparation of new documents and conventions, Technical and legal assistance and advice in the denial of the Hague Conventions and their scientific applications and for the purpose of the Republic of Iraq joining the Statute of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, which entered into force on 15/7/1955.
He pointed out that “the Council completed the first reading of the proposal of the Third Amendment Law to the law of the inclusion of medical and health professionals No. (6) for the year 2000 submitted by the Health and Environment Committee for the purpose of benefiting from the scientific specialties and assigning them by the central appointment in the Ministry of Health from the health professions and the creation of opportunities for competition in among them to take advantage of the potential in the health sector service.
He explained that ” the Council completed the first reading of the proposed first amendment to transplant human organs and prevent the trafficking of Law No. (11) for the year 2016 submitted by the Health and environment Committee , which aims to regulate the legal centers of health institutions that got changed Rat spade and conditioning the receipt rights of donors and to give protection and space for doctors to regulate the transplantation of human organs transfer operations to achieve a therapeutic benefit of preponderant patients.
