3-11-2016 Newshound Guru Tlar I think Sadr’s job in all this is to pressurize the change putting fear into all those who continue to try to stall this. I think Sadr is on board with Abadi and is taking an active roll in pushing this agenda the only way he can be of benefit to Abadi. By threatening to over run the green zone he has been able to get everyone going the same direction through that fear. Ministers quiting that otherwise might have tried to stay on, antagonistic blocks backing down from pushing to delay, etc. etc. I don’t think under any circumstances would he actually go in and wipe the government out. But he has put the fear of Allah in the corrupt politicians and they aren’t sure if he means what he says. This is why I think Abadi will be able to get this government seated quickly. Sadr is the bulldozer working with Abadi clearing the way for the reforms, while Abadi quickly gets them in place before the SOL and the other corrupt have a chance to organize.

3-10-2016 Newshound Guru Tlar Shortly Iraq will open the economy within the international rules with full transparency. Think about where we were 1 month ago and where we are today. There is a plan and it has a date. [Guru] Millionday thinks great things will happen March 15th. I hope she is right. I think we will see a new government shortly. …I…think that Shabibi will be the governor of the CBI again, and I think that Iraq will have an international Article VIII currency by March 31st. We will see. I have not swayed one iota on my belief on what the rate will come out at. I have my reasons but if anyone wants to know what I think it will be, read my thoughts from last year.

3-10-2016 Newshound Guru Tlar Keeping my fingers crossed that nothing harms Abadi because fledgling democracies always has to have a strong leader that the people respect. We are on the verge of a new Iraqi democracy that serves its people instead of a circle of crooks. It is a freight train picking up speed as it goes. One more thought. We should see the official party name in the next few days of the Abadi non secular group. All opinion of course. When he announces that the party is formed, it will mean he has the votes needed to push the ministerial changes and the rest of the laws through parliament.

Every country that is going to flood their own domestic market with currency are trying to devalue their currency…it’s that simple. Question: “When the RV happens…Who is going to pay for all this if Iraq is struggling and the reserves are only at 60 billion or so…these transactions will be in trillions of dollars…and Iraq has to pay everyone out?” That’s not true. That’s not how it works. They don’t have to pay anybody. it’s an exchange. They are exchanging their currency at the same value as another currency…They don’t buy their dinar back…they exchange it…So no body loses anywhere. You and I gain because we bought at a tenth of a penny. That’s how the gain is. Question: “Do you believe the dinar RV will happen this year?” I’m not going to put a date on anything. Do I believe in this reevaluation 100%? You bet I do. I believe it more than anybody because I know the numbers inside out more than anybody.

Great progress. From all of the articles that the CBI is issuing, they are getting ready to do something. When? Anyone’s guess.

That Dr. Shabibi has been there since the start and to the end…Name a country where the UN, BIS, IMF is working with them in their country right now. Iraq is almost fearless now in talking about their reforms…and the monetary reform is one of them. Iraq said they are going to join the world with their INTERNATIONAL stock market.

3-10-2016 Newshound Guru wmawhite Iraq/GOI/CBI continue to build a consensus throughout the Middle East that Iraq will have a solid financial system…meaning when Iraq enters the “markets” there will be NO hesitation on the part of the financial community to do business with Iraq…UNLIKE Iran…and if anyone ever wanted it in plain English look at paragraph #19 and #20 in the Technical Letter of Agreement. Those paragraphs scream the move to Article 8. Those paragraphs even state “Artilce 8″…the move to Article 8 is the Good House Keeping Seal of Approval to the world’s financial community. The next challenge will be the actual exchange process and where that will take place. This will be uncharted territory.

The blocks have presented their choices already but unknown to them Abadi has his own list choose by the British. …if Keywords is replaced, Shabibi is the likely candidate. I think Shabibi will be asked and Shabibi will accept and Keywords will take a position below Shabibi. I have to believe the IMF is calling the shots and the only Iraqi truly qualified is Shabibi as well as they know and trust him. Shabibi put the ship on course and Shabibi will be the one to dock it even if it is only to see his project through. For Shabibi to do this, Maliki will have to be gone.

3-10-2016 Intel Guru Delta They have to find a solution to overcome their financial problems. That solution is to change the value and go international. This is the only way. Iraq is going to surprise the world a lot of people that never would have expected it. This will happen in the still of the night. The ONLY SOLUTION is to change the rate…lift the 3 zeros. Looks like something really big is about to happen. I do believe they are done 100%.
