This seems to be the way they operate as they must first plan, then build support for the plan and act upon the plan. This is how a true technocrat democracy works and Abadi’s efforts sure fits this definition. …there are two distinct paths being driven now. One from the financial sector and the other from the political side. The political side is to end corruption, legislation stalling and install the needed laws to coincide with the financial sector that is preparing Iraq for operating under a modern, global banking system.

What is the final outcome? It is NOT THE RV but an orderly, secure, progressive society that can responsibly function in a global economy and pay back the PTB on their investment from Iraq. The RV is only a by-product and a necessity of this process. WE ARE ABOUT TO SEE AN EXPLOSION OF PROGRESS when these paths converge (or collide) very soon.

I HAVE IN THE PAST ASKED EVERYONE TO CONSIDER THE GRAVITY OF CONSEQUENCES BOTH IMMEDIATE AND COLLATERAL FOR THE PASSING OF THE AMNESTY LAW….IT IS NOT A SIMPLE/PAROCHIAL TRAFFIC LAW THEY ARE WORKING ON AND CONSIDERING… THIS LAW HAS DEEP…FAR REACHING CONSEQUENCES AND RAMIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERS SITTING IN OFFICE… COLLEAGUES… FAMILY ETC. I REALLY THINK THERE WILL BE HUGE PROGRESS ON CONSENSUS LAWS LIKE AMNESTY ONCE THE NEW BLOOD IS SEATED IN GOV’T.
