10-11-2015 Newshound Guru wmawhite IMO, not one individual item/event will give us what we are waiting on…instead, there are a series of laws, financial initiatives that are setting up the foundation that will bring the new IQD to the world stage. Here is another little tidbit…look at the list of notes and coins for the IQD on the CBI website. As you look at those notes and coins you can see into the past and into the future. Those large notes tell the story since 2003 up through today. Those smaller notes and coins are an indication of what the plans are for the IQD in the future. The only way those smaller notes and coins will be useful in the market place is when the cost of goods are low enough for the consumer and merchant is use…and the only way those goods will be reduced in price is when the IQD is significantly more valuable outside the country.

10-10-20215 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat We can see more pressure to get these reforms laws passed as religious leaders, the demonstrating citizens, and now even the rest of the Arab community (GCC) are exerting pressure on parliament… So what pops out today – more pressure to pass the needed changes in HCL that Kurdistan has been asking for resolution. Do we need these changes for an RV? This is the million dollar question. I know they need to make good on the HCL and put some of that oil money in the hands of the average citizen prior to any RV. Iraq has been told this many times by the USA. One provision they can not escape. Remember HCL technically does not have to go through parliament for a vote to become law, just that the GOI and Kurdistan must agree.
