8-28-2015 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat We are now seeing these reform laws we have waited for so long…for the first time, I see the progress I have been told SHOULD and MUST happen to get us to the completion of the currency reforms we all wait for and desire. We know this will get us all to the bank. How long will it take to get to the end of these reforms? Who knows for sure but we do know this week they have told us they would like to put the dinar on a currency float and at least are considering it seriously with all the pros and cons of the subject matter.

They have passed the Parties Law this week and they are pushing aggressively towards the Judicial Reforms next week, the National Guard Law (maybe tomorrow). We know by passing the Parties law anyone alleged of criminal activity (or under investigation) can no longer hold office or receive immunity. This is HUGE for insuring the downturn of Maliki. So why is money laundering so important all of a sudden? Do they want billions of dinar going into the wrong hands when the value increases? Is the RV then dependent on this part of currency reform? NO REFORMS NO RV…

8-28-2015 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Oil drop may be forced Iraq to reduce its currency” The global issues associated with the falling oil prices are believed to be impacting Iraq as well…so says one expert from Bloomberg today…the oil issues coupled with the continued fighting to free Iraq from the clutches of ISIS/DAASH terrorists are draining the country to the point that its reserves have fallen 20% in recent months to stand at $59 billion dollars…war is never a cheap venture…and it is proving to be an expensive issue for Iraq today…keep in mind too that this is but one opinion of what could transpire for Iraq into the near future…no doubt their dependency on oil for revenues is critical and affecting their financial world in a big way.

8-27-2015 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG it is looking more and more like, (sometime after this first wave of reforms) they will get a legitimate HCL Law in the works…I don’t think it has been read – negotiated – gotten past the CoM or anything – but it is coming…and that is FANTASTIC NEWS.

The plan is set to be implemented by 2017 after restructuring dinar by issuing two large banknotes – a 50,000 dinar note before the end of this year and 100,000 banknote next year – and canceling small ones.” Small Iraq Bank notes will be canceled soon says Central Bank…the 250, 500, and 1,000 bank notes will be removed…there are not that many in circulation.
