[is it Sat as today Aug 15th? or Sat as Aug 22nd?] I BELIEVE THIS SATURDAY — I DONT SEE ITS ANNOUNCEMENT HOWEVER.

8-16-2015 Newshound Guru tlm724 …the second package of reforms that Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi wants to implement, will be launched very soon, where he is currently being prepared for this package, and that will not be the last…more reforms coming! …with the full backing of the supreme religious leaders and the judiciary he will get this done!

8-16-2015 Newshound Guru Chattels [Is Maliki still…VP office or in Iran?] Abadi has the power to remove him with the consent of Parliament under Article 78 of the constitution. That appears to be done. The constitutional question relates to the abolishment of ALL VP positions I think. The constitution requires one according to Visser. The more poignant question for me at the moment is whether there is a ban on travel or not and if so then how did Maliki leave? We need to hear from Abadi it seems to me. As to his being in Iran, it appears that he is there and will be for an unknown period of time. Bottom line, Abadi may not have control of the situation. I have opined that it appears that Maliki is “gone” as far as Abadi is concerned and maybe is going, going, but not gone yet. I doubt that Mr. Maliki has much do do with our liquidity event at this point in time.

[Mosal and Anbar, International Law, Tarriffs, Amnesty, Implementation…] and a few more! The anti money laundering law is crucial…Investment Law! Tariffs will probably be after the fact IMO. …the meeting last Saturday went extremely well! Everything started moving at lightning speed on Sunday correct? I’m focused on Abadi and the CBI…period… end of story. [how much time you think…?] I will not do dates or windows…but SOON has an entirely new meaning now IMO.

8-15-20215 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat I believe Abadi has a new target – that of the Judiciary and Court System of Iraq. Abadi must deal with the judiciary now in order to get some of these other laws passed and properly deal with much of the corruption. So how do you judiciously deal with corruption in your ministries if the court system itself is corrupt? …Iraq had to be sorted out by Abadi and priorities placed, a plan was designed. He is taking on one bite at a time and being cautious. He now has support (and continues) to have support of the citizens in this work that lays ahead. We know without a shadow of a doubt that there will be no RV without Amnesty and other laws. This is given facts to us. So to get these needed laws implemented Abadi must clean up the crocked judiciary system (as well as his ministers). Abadi has gotten momentum from the protestors and so it is time now to move forward on these judicial reforms and we should all be jumping up and down with joy. We have waited soooo long for this to happen.
