7-24-2015 Newshound Guru BGG …there are distinct advantages to Maliki being gone. He’s toxic – the world is not putting up with it. Someone WILL take the fall… and he is, ultimately responsible. Maliki is kidding himself…it’s all bad for him right now – there is no safe place. IMHO…once he (and then ALAK) are out of the way – things move very quickly.

The tariffs are an example of what needs a change in the value…because they/CBI will never speak directly about the coming change. I seriously look forward to each day because I believe that Iraq along with the entire region is at the point where Iraq will move forward at any time…Seriously, the dynamics are huge. And I don’t care what day of the week nor month. It doesn’t have to be the 1st, 15th…it can be any day now.

7-23-2015 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Iraq still needs Massive Int’l Support” The UNSC is saying that Iraq continues to need much support from the International arena….the Iraqis need to implement with vigor their effort to overcome the current economic crisis as well as the war against terrorism…but they desperately need funding and other support to make this happen…they need to continue to push for national reconciliation for all political entities and continue to focus on the growth of their economy.

7-23-2015 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Conscious / Send a card the draft national law to the Ministry of State for Provincial Affairs and Parliament” The COM has sent a new draft law to Parliament…the Standard Card National Law…proposing that this law be accelerated to get it worked through Parliament as swiftly as possible…this is the national card that would be issued to all citizens over the next couple of years…a card that may facilitate the delivery of oil payments to citizens…yes the long awaited fourth part to the HCL…note they may have slipped and referred to this as the “crude national card”…I’m liking that.

7-23-2015 Newshound Guru Chattels the foregoing is likely a good analysis/extention of my simplistic statement that the world of international banking and commerce must accept/assign/embrace a value to the IQD…that banks will not exchange an increased value to the dinar if they cannot reliably profit from the transaction. increasingly I am persuaded that it is essential for Iraq to have a long term hydrocarbon law and be able to abide/perform in accordance with the terms thereof…such will require consensus and legislative action which continues to be a challenge for the Iraqi Parliament.
