2-8-2015 Newshound Guru Chattels […where does the budget business stand?] a real mystery to me…Parliament says they sent it to the Prez, but the Office of the President says not received? …it makes me think that the budget is not “revealed” because there is real significance to the ratification of the budget this time. the constitution talks in terms of 15 days after receipt then it is automatic, but the constitution is silent as to a budget passed and sent, but not received…it becomes a question of when does the 15 days begin? “Such laws are considered ratified after fifteen days from the date of receipt by the President.” what happens if there is not a “receipt”?

2-8-2015 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Barzani meets with the oil and gas committee in the Iraqi parliament” PM Barzani met with the Parliament Oil and Gas Committee in Erbil today where they talked about issues with the oil and gas law, the Kurd aspect of this law, and how the Kurds plan on cooperating with PM Abadi to see the oil and gas law approved while final differences are worked out with the Kurds…it seems the Kurds remain happy at this point with things and will be worth watching in the coming days as we should see some positive activity in this direction.

2-8-2015 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Economists renew demands for the implementation of the deletion of zeros during the current year” Quote: “noting that the central bank governor said that the project will be implemented over the next four years.” This is very important statement…that Ali al-Alaq himself stated that the project will be implemented over 4 years. This statement is not from an MP or some other economist, but direct from the CBI Gov. Clearly showing it is gradual and not an overnight event. …at this point there is 30 trillion dinar or more in circulation…maybe even 40 trillion. The amount of currency in circulation is clearly printed in the CBI reports.

2-8-2015 Newshound Guru Kaperoni …”if” this plan is going to work, the CBI has to float the dinar so they can collect the 3 zero dinar at the lowest possible value and retire it. The CBI simply cannot afford to RV the currency at some rate like .10 or $1 and pay for the increase in value. As the one article states..the dinar will..”raise zeros from the dinar raise its value through sobriety,” meaning as the dinar strengthens in value, the larger 3 zero notes are retired. I can find an article that says 1.13 to the dollar…that does not mean its going to happen overnight. Let’s hope for a correction of around .10 but I am expecting much less out of the gate.

IF THE DINAR COMES PEGGED TO THE SDR AS WE THINK IT WILL IT WILL BE FIXED, NO SPIKES NO FLOATS.
