11-25-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 IMO, the HCL (hydrocarbon law) is done…the HCL only needs to be implemented, it’s done, passed and ready to go… The HCL = The End, IMO …laws are needed to complete the MR, (Monetary Reform) and we have been seeing evidence of these laws… There is a meeting in Turkey that is extraordinary, bringing all the parties together to finish the MR, and we may see the parliament do something with laws tomorrow [Tuesday], but if not, don’t be discouraged, it’s coming. The citizens know what is happening and what is coming…the businesses coming in to Iraq know it also, and the whole world knows it.

11-25-2014 Newshound Guru Stryker …Member of Parliament, Hadi Dalimy…announced that the House does not require a legislative holiday and will continue to work in adopting the important laws through December. This is what needs to be done if they/we have a chance to see the RV take place January 1, 2015. Parliament will be back in session tomorrow [Tuesday], reading more important laws which will help Iraq regain global status.

And that has been playing for the past two days… The CBI is also responding saying we’re absolutely ready to implement the three-zero reform and complete the currency reforms immediately…the pressure is immense for everything to go on and get done…Iraq is ready to get this done right now.

All parties…and I mean “all parties” seem to have a vested interest in success. I can’t recall if we’ve ever seen such a focused effort on anything this positive across Iraq.

Saleh KNOWS about how to get them passed…if I was Abadi I would want someone just like Saleh in my pocket…he also knows how Shabibi wanted things done to open the doors for an increase in the value of the dinar!

11-24-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 I think we are seeing Iraqi laws aligning themselves…one right after the other…some obviously more critical than others…but they are forming together within the COM and Parliament…Be on the lookout for laws to start jumping like popcorn…both federal level laws as well as laws that provide more power and clout to the provinces and local governments. PM Abadi is calling for a large meeting in the near future…we don’t have a date yet, but many great political minds will be gathered to work on reconciliation at the state level… they are proving great evidence of cooperation and immense levels of integrity at all levels. Never before have we seen such a long continuous run of good work and information coming out of Iraq.
