[with the article 140, hcl, and erbil completed …what now will hold up the RV?] CBI HAS STATED THEY ARE READY AND THEY ARE HAVING WORKSHOPS TO ACTIVATE THE REFORMS SO I DONT SEE ANYTHING THAT IS HOLDING IT UP — THEY STATE THEY ARE WORKING ON THE REFORMS NOW…MEETING WITH THE KURDS TO RESOLVE ALL OF THOSE ISSUES AND IN TRANSITION TO A MARKET ECONOMY — A MARKET ECONOMY WILL REQUIRE FAIR TRADE AND A REALITY RATE THAT IS INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED.
11-15-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday THEY ARE IN AGREEMENTS WITH COUNTRIES SIGNING AGREEMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE — THESE ARE BEING DONE DUE TO PREPARATION AND THEIR RELEASE FROM CHAPTER 7 AND FOR THE TRANSITION TO A MARKET ECONOMY. EACH DAY THEY ARE HAVING HUGE MEETINGS AND WORKSHOPS — NOT LEAVING PARLIAMENT UNTIL BUDGET DONE PER ORDER AND MANY LAWS ON THE TABLE — THEY ARE USING THE OLD HCL AFTER ALL THIS TIME SO LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE IN A HURRY.

11-15-2014 Intel Guru MarkZ Things have really been heating up. I do expect much to be thankful for before Thanksgiving. No I will not in ANYWAY narrow it down more than that. I have to play softball with you all because I have signed a NC/ND and I will not endanger myself. I love you all but I like myself and my financial world intact! [does that mean you have exchanged?] no. [If you could answer, will there be future currencies going? I mean sometime down the line after RV?] I believe so yes. Not all currencies are ready. There is a huge push to have them all done by 2018 though…

[do you think we are exchanging this weekend?] No. [are we at the any moment time line as some have claimed?] Yes, we are in any moment land again. The difference is that a HUGE number of controls have been put in place since the last time we were this close and got derailed. [so chances of being derailed again? Percentage-wise in your view?] 2% TOPS [Contract rates real too?] yes. I honestly haven’t been this positive and excited about where we are in sometime. I feel good about it.

11-14-2014 RUMOR Guru HCL was announced in the paper and ABadi even sent congratulations. In Iraq, they are being told that on Saturday, all Qi cards will be loaded with the same rate. They‘ve been told that before, but it might actually happen because everyone is in agreement. Oh…one thing – coins are now being issued to the citizens, not the banks. Everyone over there is excited and ready. Celebrations are scheduled for Saturday as well. Last Monday, banks were advised that they would be exchanging over this weekend. Security hasn’t been in for weeks or months, and full security has been scheduled for this weekend. It’s looking like a great weekend.
Fact check, No images of the “coins” have been produced, the Iraqi’s now have 3G telecoms, it would be very simple to provide a picture for the world to see, but they haven’t, gee, I wonder why? Could it be because they have not been minted yet, or that they have not been introduced into the market place? You decide. The HCL is NOT a done deal, nor is the 2015 budget, you can read the facts in ink.
11-14-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Articles: “Oil Minister calls for respect for the oil agreement between Baghdad and the region” “Iraqi government, Kurds reach interim deal on oil exports” …this is not the HCL but a Band-Aid to get both sides back in parliament to continue to work together. Those who speak leisurely saying “it’s done!” etc. are simply not aware of the process..which takes time and will continue to take time. It could be weeks if not a month or more before the HCL is passed.
11-14-2014 RUMOR Guru There is a bunch of stuff being passed by the Iraqi Parliament; they are leaning in every day more and more to solve the issue. HCL was confirmed with a few tweaks and everyone is relieved that will not be contentious. They told people in the mosques to get ready for change any moment. The banks are moving money around and doing dress rehearsals for the weekend. Banks across the world and specifically in the US who have said they won’t do it until it goes public have pulled their people in, anticipating the general release to the public. We are at the one yard line, ready to score. I am personally optimistic, but we have been on this brink before, so I’m cautious, too.

The government is showing progress that we haven’t seen in at least 8 years I think…it looks like PM Abadi is attempting to hold good on his promises…that is encouraging I think. There are still…”bits and pieces” to be put together, but I am liking how consistent the message is coming from both the Kurds and Baghdad…it is like Maliki left the country with a shattered front window and they are slowly putting the pieces back together…I am encouraged by the lack of argument and strife between parties in the last few weeks…to me this is sending a quiet signal to the people that cooperation is at an all time high. Steadfastly we watch…
11-14-2014 Newshound Guru Breitling Is it costing the value of the dinar to stay at a certain rate and not grow? NO. It is NOT at it’s market rate. What would the market rate be? The market rate would be at a true note count based on how much oil they sell (which is 90% of their economy) …but what do we have…the oil is coming out and more is coming out…but they have too much notes out there. So it’s NOT at it’s market rate. The reality is it was never at it’s market rate. This is in 3 stages. 1. they need to build their infrastructure cheap…this is why we got in cause we speculated that this is not going to stay at this rate forever. the next stage (2) is for them to form the middle class…to do that you have to give them purchasing power.[raise the rate] the next stage (3) is for them to have an elite economy. People might laugh cause of what’s happening but one of these days it’s going to happen. When? Don’t know. This is not opinion…we are at the mercy of the CBI and they keep saying they are going to raise the rate.
11-14-2014 Newshound Guru My Ladies WOW…YESTERDAY WAS SUCH AN EXCITING DAY IN KURDISTAN…I THINK WE ARE SEEING GREAT PROGRESS BUT…WE ARE ONLY HALF WAY THERE WITH WHAT THEY ARE SHOWING US AND AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN REACHED IN THE PAST AND THEN LATER BROKEN SO LET’S REMAIN CAUTIOUSLY OPTIMISTIC BUT GROUNDED. YESTERDAY WAS THE FIRST STEPS THEY HAVE SHOWN US SO FAR. THE NEXT FEW DAYS WILL BE VERY TELLING. BARZANI IS EXPECTED IN BAGHDAD AND THEY WILL IRON OUT THE OTHER OUTSTANDING ISSUES HOPEFULLY. THEY ARE DOING MANY THINGS BUT ONLY SHOWING THEM TO US IN BITS AND PIECES. THE COMING DAYS WILL BE INTERESTING FOR SURE. IN OUR OPINION THERE IS NOT MUCH LEFT TO BE DONE BUT STILL REMAIN IN YOUR SEATS UNTIL THIS RIDE COMES TO A COMPLETE STOP.
11-14-2014 Newshound Guru Stryker HCL – Now that the Oil Deal and the Budget is worked out between the Kurds and the Federal Government, the Federal Government is now completing the HCL and will be moving it to Parliament for the three readings and vote.

11-14-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur This has been a very long, arduous, and frustrating journey for all of us. Some of us for more years than we wanna count. We have had more false alarms than we care to remember. Its like the boy that cried wolf has cried it so many times that now that we are potentially looking dead at the wolf running toward us with our own eyes we are just standing there not even running thinking it is just a mirage. What finally unleashed that wolf is today’s agreement on the HCL and on all budget disputes by Baghdad and Kurdistan and by extension with all the other provinces which in essence will solidify Iraq in to one inclusive democratic government which today received the blessing of Ban Ki Moon of the UN who announced that they have finally “concluded agreements that are in the interest of the Iraqi people.”
11-14-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur …now that Zebari has just formally announced that the central government has agreed to resume the payment of salaries of employees of the Kurdistan Region, intel has it that within days, possibly this weekend Kurdistan leader Barzani will visit Baghdad to formally sign this agreement to ship an agreed upon amount of oil per day at which time $500 million will change hands paving the way for a full blown market economy which will by necessity include a reality rate for the Iraqi Dinar after which IMO we can legitimately say we are in an “Any Day Now” window. So wake up and be alert my friends. I believe this might just be the real wolf this time.

11-14-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Baghdad and Erbil agree to convert $ 500 million of the province and the latter puts 150 000 barrels at the disposal of the Federal Government” This was the agreement today to at least throw a bone to each other until a permanent agreement can be put in writing and signed in Baghdad…this will go a long way towards mending the relationship and will help as far as getting critical laws passed in the near future once they are put on the agenda in parliament. Do not over read this…its a step in the right direction, but it is not a complete fix nor is a passing of the HCL law…
11-14-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 Jordan is the only country outside Iraq that is issuing Qi cards as of starting today [Thursday]…And the cards are being loaded with salaries…There are 2 different instances reported where people checked their balances in Jordan …one showed a balance of 123.5 and another 145…But it is being reported that the Qi card issuing center is active in Jordan…and chatter and rumor among the displaced people in Jordan is that Sunday they will be able to use it outside of Iraq…By the end of the year the smart card will be activated for international use.
