The Iraqi Government is still making more progress in less time than ever before. HCL: Is on the table in a big way – we’re seeing 3 or 4X the normal amount of articles on the subject, and every single one of them is encouraging. 11-12-2014 Newshound Guru Arthur We are simply waiting on the final implementation of the Oil and Gas Law (HCL). The new HCL that was drafted with all of the amendments included was too contentious and they have ran out of negotiation time per the PTB and must get something implemented now so they have been forced to backtrack and implement the old HCL for the time being just too get this thing done. In the next few days we should see this finally completed at which time full blown currency reform will be allowed to commence.

THE PEEPS THAT I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO ARE STILL SAYING THIS. RI RATE COMES OUT…48 – 72 HOURS LATER THEY WILL RV THE RATE. THAT WAY THEY MEET WITH THE KUWAIT AGREEMENT AS WELL AS BRING IN TRILLIONS AT THE LOWER RATE.

The GOI cannot allocate appropriate funds without the correct numbers for the population and this includes but is not limited to the oil profits for the people! The census needs to be done before the profits in the HCL law can be disbursed.
