THEY ARE WORKING ON THE X-STREAM AND ALL OF ITS UPGRADES ETC — GREAT NEWS – THEY TOO ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF WORKING ON THE ESX TO START TRADING…BY THE END OF 2014. THEY DID NOT HIT AUGUST BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH COMPANIES IN THE ESX. THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING TOWARD INTERTWINING TO HELP BOTH MARKETS AND MAKE MORE OF AN IMPACT. […do we seem to get the same news over and over again just rewording it in a different way? Ex. They said the ISX a week ago was ready.] NO…THIS IS NEW THAT THEY ARE WORKING TO GO GLOBAL.

11-9-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 [It would be so helpful if they just let us know the timeline, with finished date included.] WE have the date…those zeros will NOT be there starting 2015…I am absolutely positive! …we are in the MOMENT… and can see a change at anytime, but IMO as nobody likes backwalls…The start of 2015 is the backwall. It’s right in front of everyone…MONETARY CHANGE! How they execute it is unknown…how the 3 zero notes we hold are to be valued is unknown…I do not feel I am going out on a weak limb stating that the reform change will be with the opening of 2015.

11-9-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 I don’t know what the value of a 25,000 k note will be at the start of the reform…I could give a couple scenarios that are logical that nobody would like…I could give the $3.58 number that is not so logical but everyone loves…OR I could just say as I simply have…I DONT KNOW…But I do strongly believe 100% that by or the start of 2015 the zeros will be dealt with in some fashion of a monetary reform inside Iraq.

11-9-2014 Intel Guru TD Here’s a few comments to share from my chats with my Kurdish friend (as usual treat all as rumor and do your own sound diligence). There’s really no way to sugar coat ACTUAL REALITY of what’s going on in Iraq: The US deployment of 1500 new “Advisers” is NOT because things are going so well. The achilles heel for Abadi remains the dysfunctional Iraqi Army. Continuous articles of ‘we will do this and that” are all “HOPE” articles to voicing to their citizens and the world that eventually they will unify and govern as a stable country. Sprinkled in between these articles are doses of reality : 1) It may take even up to 5 years for them to get things under control and execute economic & social programs. 2) The LOP has been CLEARLY addressed within their intentions (in due time).

11-9-2014 Intel Guru TD What people don’t get (or care to get) is that all countries who have had similar situations (lots of zeros of their currency) have ALWAYS done LOP’s. THERE IS NOT A SINGLE CASE IN HISTORY THAT IT DIDN’T HAPPEN AND IRAQ WILL BE NO EXCEPTION. 3) The original program rate of over 3000-1 has been modified ( over a decade now) relative to the strength of it’s economy and according to my economist friend, the 1166 is in direct proportion to it’s economic strength AT THIS TIME. He points out that MANY other countries have rates in much less proportions to the US dollar and he further states that (at this time) many of them are enjoying both better stability as well as better economic strength than Iraq. Pull up a chair…it will be still be a long wait.

11-8-2014 Newshound Guru Randy Koonce no one has cashed in…and they now have to sign a Non Disclosure…that is BS… we are just waiting for the political powers “Obama” to be pressured enough to let her go…how long can Obama hold this off…well technically until his term is up…but the pressure right now is extremely difficult for him to wait…the Iraqi army will not stay together without getting paid… Since they need to keep the army together, they will need to pay them….If you noticed that Iraq passed a provisional budget between now and the 1st of the year… that budget has the lower exchange rate in it… it will just show and I believe before the end of the year…

11-8-2014 Newshound Guru Randy Koonce you can get a a rate above 4 dollars again another fantasy…the only group that means a thing is the one you put together to go to a bank with… “sorry but there is NO LOP’…There is a lot of currencies that might lop, Vietnamese dong is one.. IRaq will not… It also will be a managed float meaning once it comes out it will stay that rate until someone wants to it move…Lots of signs for it being within next two week…

11-8-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday THE HCL IS VERY IMPORTANT DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE LARGEST % OF REVENUES ARE OIL IN IRAQ — SO IT WILL BE FUNDED BY MOSTLY OIL FOR A WHILE UNTIL THE PRIVATE SECTOR GETS ROLLING AND PRODUCING TAXES AND FEES AND ALL THAT WILL BE REVENUES FOR THE COUNTRY.
