I hold to my the float will begin shortly after the new year and the dinar will rise as fast as the CBI allows it thereafter. More than that would be an overstatement.

The CBI is clearly making a push and it looks like they may be aiming for Jan-Feb timeline if they get the laws in place. Let it come to us!

11-7-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur Despite the abundance of misinformation disseminated daily, how everything has transpired til now bears out the reality of how GOI + HCL = RV. Everything else either has been completed and implemented or is being completed daily to the culmination of that aforementioned equation which looks to be as close now as it ever has been. The oil and gas dilemma contains a myriad moving parts that was never gonna be an overnight collaboration but is coming together through multiple meetings of multiple minds and components currently in process. The Iraqis are finally just now at a point whereby they are transparently announcing they are in the final stages of completion of this crucial and final element to the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar.

11-7-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 This is from Iraqi…He said people speak of coins but they have not seen them…As of 48 hrs ago his brother could not collect pay at ports in Sulaymaniyah (Talibani residence city)…he was told to go to Erbil to collect his pay (3 hr drive)…The ports are suspended and will be announced open after “updates”…He said the foreign currency traders that were present a few days ago are no longer on the streets…the people are told they must exchange with S @%@^* a licensed company approved by the CBI.

11-7-2014 RUMOR Guru This RV should be over in the coming days – if not the next 72 hours…based on all Intel, signs & factual events converging – the RV is imminent. The first Basket it appears may be the Dinar followed shortly – hours or days – by other currencies. However, rates are showing on the screens now. 3 rates for Dinar were being pushed forward weeks ago, so certain folks could benefit. This see-saw of 3 simultaneous rates on one currency has been resolved. What is relevant for us is, what are the rates on my bank’s screens when I exchange. The CBI rates may or may not be relevant. There is no one that can say what the fluctuating rate will be one hour to the next. In other words, if you exchange one note, you are NOT bound to that rate for the rest of your exchange at a later time…this is Misinformation.

11-7-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 [I had thought that Ismail was sworn in as CBI Gov?] I don’t believe Ismail was ever “sworn in” as CBI governor… just watch and wait to see who they announce and watch that that individual to be officially “sworn in.” As with the case of Turki, they can have someone in place that didn’t really have a great deal of authority… I think at this time, the HCL is more or less in the driver’s seat of things…keep an eye on what the Kurds say about whatever Baghdad brought to them today regarding any potential peace talks regarding oil and gas issues. We’ve all heard Frank [Guru Frank26] on a number of occasions…that if the HCL can ever be approved, completely approved…then we should see the RI “nanoseconds” later.

(Yesterday the Dong was $1.02 and Dinar $3.58). …there were only a few minor details to work out in some meetings in DC and it will be done. Could be tonight, tomorrow or Saturday, we are very very close…WE ARE NEXT…we are cleared for take off.
