THEY CAN NOT REBUILD THEIR ECONOMY WITHOUT A REALITY RATE AND THE GLOBE DUE TO THE WORLD ECONOMICS AS WE KNOW IT TODAY…THEY ARE PREPARING FOR THE USE OF THEIR NEW DEMOCRACY AND ALSO INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE TO MONOPOLIZE ON THE GLOBAL MARKET AND THE WTO — SO GETTING ALL OF THOSE REGULATIONS DONE AND IN PLACE WOULD BE WHY WE HAD TO WAIT…

10-16-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Ministers of Interior and Defense still not seated..this one surprised me. Abadi and the entire GOI seemed to be on a massive fast-track right up until about 2 weeks ago, an now we’re seeing them stall on these two appointments. Fortunately, it’s a simple process – they vote for candidates and Abadi chooses. I don’t foresee this taking too much longer, as things continue to move reasonably smooth in Iraq, despite what this one situation would lead you to believe. GOI could be moving a little faster, but things are getting done at a faster pace than anytime in the last 8 years.

10-16-2014 RUMOR Guru The GOI and CBI set this off on Monday night, sending the GO instruction to the BIS and IMF. Their boards are controlled by the US, more or less. They don’t have much day-to-day influence, but they do have some say on the RV+GCR. IMF was fine, but the BIS had someone say “Well…” and they stopped the process. In terms of Iraq, there are explanations on television saying they are ready for its international banking and currency reform, everything is ready and fine. They are basically saying this is going to go at any time – that’s on TV right now, and it’s coming from the PM, the CBI and a few others like the finance minister. That looks really good, and it puts pressure on everyone else.

10-16-2014 RUMOR Guru The cards are still at $3.58… They have voted on a lot of laws, and they are finishing up passing laws now related to the RV and the Budget. That should be published tonight or tomorrow; it’s not required for the RV but it helps. ISIL is still in the country; there have been setbacks, but…this is a manageable situation. They are not surrounding Baghdad, and that is mainly for the press. There are some serious battles, but throughout the province rather than IN Baghdad. US banks are cued up and ready. Some banks have full staff ready, some have people on 30-minute call-back. Every organization has trained staff, and they are all exhausted and ready to get this done. Everything looks really nice. We are quite ready to get this thing going.

So that being said will Iraq be 4 dollars one day,,, Yes but it will be 3 to 4 years after the RV of the currency…You will not make a 30 dollar rate off the dinar RELAX .50 was a miracle…Now to discuss when… as you know this is event driven not date driven…WE believe the Minister will Show tomorrow and if they do then we look for the RV by Monday…NOW I do use the word if again because our Government might get involved and get the iraqis to move the parliament again…we expect the rate low .80 to 1.20 this rate will remain for a couple of months then it will go above the 3 dollar rate…if we get to Tuesday and no RV I will find out why and drop out another note…We are close.. Every large bank will exchange…

INDEED … THEY ARE… JUST BEFORE THEY RELEASE A NEW RATE…GOI IS EXPLAINING “THE FEDERAL DRAFT BUDGET LAW “. THEY ARE EXPLAINING CAREFULLY THAT THEY NEED TO AMMEND VIA THIS LAW THAT THEY ALREADY PASSED ( WE ARE PAST THE LAWS!!!) THE 2014 BUDGET TO PUT THE 2015 BUDGET IN PROPER ……… ALINEMENT…FOR THE ….”VALUATION OF THE CURRENCY”…. AMEN… AMEN… AMEN. THE LAWS ( I KEPT TELLING YOU!!!) WERE NEEDED FIRST ….. THEN YOU WOULD SEE THE NEW RATE. SORRY…NOT DONE YET….THERE ARE FOUR LAWS THEY WILL DEAL WITH TOMORROW AND THE FEDERAL DRAFT LAW IS ONE OF THEM!!! THEY ARE A VALUATION OF IRAQ’S CURRENCY BY THE APPROPRIATE LAW TO MAKE IT ACCEPTABLE WITHIN THEIR 2014 AND 2015 BUDGETS.

10-15-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana (WARNING: I’m about to rant on ISIS. Doom and Gloom ahead!) ISIS not defeated, but not making much headway in Iraq. Weeks ago people were screaming and hollering about ISIS being 20 miles from Baghdad… Baghdad still hasn’t fallen, so draw your own conclusions there…ISIS is manageable, and I’m confident that they will be dealt with eventually… but unfortunately it’s going to get worse before it gets better…Here comes the bad news…

10-15-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana …what we need is a REAL LEADER to stand up and say “We need to defeat these bad guys, so who is with us?!” – and we don’t have that leader. So unless another country steps up to the plate (which never seems to happen), or something insanely dramatic happens to FORCE the world to act, we’re looking at another 2 years of “the same”…Eventually major action will be taken, ISIS will be handled, and in the meantime Iraq is still making headway… so all is not lost.

Again, when the banking system is stalled, it appears to slow down progress in all areas. Activation of investors outside of Iraq into the Stock Market is critical..Xstream is important to the success of that.

10-15-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 A few facts …Fed Board of Governors had an emergency 2 day notice special closed meeting 10/6… meeting dealt with “internal banking procedures and fees/rates” and a topic of foreign exchange…News surfacing that the US, Europe and Japan banks are exercising protocols this week and next in preparation for a “run on the banks”…( I will not speculate as to why the aforementioned facts are happening now but I do find timelines coincidental…And…IMO, The news of the Kurds taking 5 days to select and debate their ministers in Baghdad is “smoke”…All this was agreed to some time ago…But another FACT you can speculate on is the Kurdish government is preparing a full territory financial inventory report that will be turned over to Baghdad by end of this week…These are FACTS…How you assemble and view it is entirely up to you…
