10-13-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Central tends to activate cooperation with the world” Quote: “the requirements of the market economy and the provision of banking services to investors Iraqis and foreigners, especially that the country is on the verge of activating cooperation banking International service requirements anticipated in the development of the Iraqi economy, which is guaranteed by the new government program.” I would think “on the verge” is within 6 months, not days or weeks. I keep grounded by the enormous task ahead for the Abadi GOI passing laws, fight ISIL etc. But…the significance of an agreement to form a committee to implement the transition to a market economy with the full support of GOI is very important. The next few weeks, months will be very telling.
10-13-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tlm724 Article: “Central tends to activate cooperation with the world” Quote: “that the central made considerable progress in reforming the banking system through the provision of legislative environment suitable for the development of its business and make way for the launch of its services commensurate with the requirements of the market economy” …this is coming from the Director General of Statistics and research at the CBI not just some opinion piece…following the program set forth by the IMF. they are getting the whole system in place, they have launched, taking that quantum leap we have been waiting for! Abadi is the man and as we watch this unfold it won’t be long before we see the true worth of the dinar surface.

10-12-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tlm724 Article: “Parliament resumes its sessions next Tuesday to name security ministers” “House resumes its normal next Tuesday to name the heads of parliamentary committees and sworn minister Kurds” the agenda also includes the naming security minister, and the first reading of the budget in the event of arrival of the prime minister. The naming security minister still under negotiations has not been resolved yet, expected to be reached during the next two days to resolve this issue to be raised at the hearing Tuesday…so if they don’t reach an agreement on the security minister by Tuesday they will do it on Thursday, same for the budget.

Its A Matter Of When Are They Going To Show It To The World! I Personally Am Expecting “SOMETHING TREMENDOUS COME FROM THIS BUDGET”…The 2014 Budget! We Have Not Seen Any Of The Laws Talked About So Much Because Iraq Does Not Have A International Currency To Fund Their 2014 Budget! Allowing Their 2014 Budget To Be Seen Does Require The Revealing Of The True Numbers. EveryThing That The GOI Will Do Going Forward Must Be Funded By The Budget! Why? Because Of That Little Law In Place That Says That Only IQD Can Be Used To Settle Accounts In Iraq! …If We Do Not See Tremendous Things From This Budget Then Iraq Has Defied The Global Laws Of Economics And This Will Not Happen. We Have Not Seen Them Because They Can Not Defy These Laws.

10-12-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 The 2014 Budget…There will be 3 readings, the FIRST reading is scheduled for Tuesday the 14th, usually the second reading takes place 2 weekends after the first reading but because of the due diligence the second reading may be Thursday. The Third reading and vote will take place before the end of October. That said; The 2014 Budget with numbers is not the trigger for the CBI by any means but what it will show is a national consensus (meaning parties agree to the language and prove there is harmony). The CBI needs to see unity first and foremost inside the GOI…The Kurd Ministers taking there seat, Barzani (PM) signing an agreement that entails a list of MoU’s and the adoption of the 2104 Budget is the START.
